Strategy Implementation
  • Prepare for Client Meetings
    • Provide data and assists analyses and meeting preparation
    • Prepare required forms for strategy implementation
    • Research strategies
  • Business Implementation and Follow-Up
    • Manage investment account set-up, transfers, etc.
    • Manage insurance underwriting and delivery process
    • Follow-up and communicates with clients and their professionals
    • Coordinate other documents for Estate Planning etc.
Client Service
  • Responsive Client Service
    • Handle client requests or elevates to Planning Manager
    • Complete and document all service interactions
  • Proactive Client Service
    • Monitor Insurance review schedule, analysis, and lapse prevention process
    • RMD process and communication support
    • Participate in quarterly review, analysis, and reporting of client assets under advisement
Administrative Support
  • Compliance
  • Company project management and support
  • Newsletter preparation and coordination 
  • CRM (RedTail) initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum requirement of 3 years’ experience in the administration of life insurance, financial planning, securities, IRAs, etc.
  • Working knowledge of industry documents
  • Proficient with technology
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Math aptitude
  • Understanding of time value of money principles and calculations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and RedTail helpful
  • CFP, CLU, ChFC, Series 6 or 7, Variable, Life and Health licenses are a plus
