The Senior HRIS Analyst will provide support and on-going maintenance of the human resource systems and data to enable HR to meet objectives. This position serves as a technical point of contact as well as a subject matter expert on ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate routine system maintenance activities
  • Provide production support for HR system(s)
  • Perform Project Management and recommend process improvements 
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using one or more established HR systems.
  • Perform training to clients on new new processes/functionality, and develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS, and continuously develop your knowledge of both HR and HRIS applications/tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or a combination of education and equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years HR experience with with an HRIS system. 
  • Experience with Success Factors is a plus
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Experience with an HRIS Implementation is a plus
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Previous applicant tracking system experience preferred.
